Feedier gives you several ways to export your Feedback data and at different places in the Dashboard. Let's go through them step by one. 


Export from the Reports 


When? 

Use the reports when you need specific data, which can concern one or several Feedback Carriers. And which depends on a specific time frame (that you can define through the date selectors toolbar). 


How? 

From the Reports page, most reports have an Export dropdown on the top right corner:


What is the format?

  • Excel 
  • JSON
  • CSV


Export from the Dynamic Filters 


When? 

Whenever you want to export Feedback data that matches a pattern that you define. Through selectors when editing any Filter. 


How? 

On the Filters page, you can do that for every Feedback through the export dropdown:

Export for a given Feedback Carrier


When? 

Whenever you need all the data attached to One single Feedback Carrier, at one spot, as a sum up. 


How? 

On the Feedback Carrier edit page, from the Analytics menu item:

Export using the API


When? 

Whenever you want to apply your own formatting and re-use the data in your own app or for a custom integration.


How? 

By using your API key to make requests to the Feedier API, which is, lucky you, all documented here.
