IMPORTANT! We have new documentation for Feedier! Fully illustrated and a lot more updated.
Check it out here: https://manual.feedier.com/
Feedier gives you the ability to add conditional logic to your questions. Which means displaying a given Question only if one or several conditions are met.
How to add a condition to my Question?
The first step is to open the conditions screen from the Questions page of any Feedback Form:
Then:
You can click the large "Add new condition", that will open the condition editor scree:
You can add conditions to any questions based on (from the Type field):
- Previous question answers
- Rating answers (from the first step, if any is displayed)
- Custom field values (so whatever parameter is passed in the URL can impact the questions displayed if you choose so)
For each type, you will find a defined set of operators to make sure your condition applies only in the case you want.
Is there a way to visualize the conditions?
Yes, Feedier provides a Flow graph, that aims to help you visualize all the questions and in what case they are displayed. You can find it from the Questions screen:
You will see a list of your conditions and also can see the user flow depending on his Satisfaction Ratio:
The goal is to make the Feedback questions as targeted and as user friendly as possible.
