Being notified when you receive a new Feedback is an important part of keeping up to date with your Feedback Campaign. Here's how to do it.
Creating A Segment
By creating a segment, you'll be able to receive notifications via email whenever a new Feedback has been received for your Feedback Form.
We'll be taking a look at the Feedback Form 'General Survey' and seeing how we get notified.
Head over to the Segmentation page and click 'New Segment'
The aim now is to link my Feedback Form 'General Survey' to this Segment. Select 'Feedback Form', 'Equals' then find the Feedback Form of choice, and hit save.
With your new segment ready to go, now all you need to do, is click the alert icon, and select 'New Feedback Match (email)'
At this point, whenever someone has completed the General Survey Form, you'll receive a notification into your inbox, where you have the option to download the full report, or view on the Feedback page.
Please Note: The email will be sent to the current user only and not the whole organization.
