Authentication lets you make sure that participants are actual users or customers from your business. 
It also helps making sure that the Feedback is unique. As one Code = one Feedback.

Plan required: Prestige


Enable it on your form

You can do that from the Settings > Advanced Settings panel:

If you don't see it, please make sure your account is set on Prestige. 
Once enabled, every participant will have to provide a code in order to go through the form. 

You can fill it in automatically by providing the code in the URL, it will increase your response rate. Eg:

Generate access codes (tokens) manually

You can click the grey button from the above screenshot to get 10 tokens, you can click that buttons as many times as possible. It will download .CSV files with the tokens inside.

Use case: an event with 20 attendees, you give them a card with their invitation or at the exit to give their Feedback which includes a unique token you've generated on the Dashboard.

Generate access codes (tokens) automatically

If you plan on having hundreds if respondents, use the Feedier API to get codes automatically:  


You can pass a number param to get a defined of tokens returned, between 1 and 100. Default is 1. So example:

You can then store the token attributes on your side and attach them to the URL automatically. 

Use case: You're managing a retail shop and add a Feedback link on your receipt to get better and grow your business. You integrate your point of sale (POS) to call the Feedier API, get a token and attach it to the receipt.

Note that the token is automatically attached to the Feedback and visible in the Dashboard, so you can use it to identify the participant if needed.
