Create a new Live Journey

Live Journeys allow you to group your feedback inside the Segment Cards and visualize them into a Journey. Each Segment is a cohort of your feedback based on filters you select and represents a specific touchpoint of your customer journey when you have collected feedback. The Journey is updated automatically when a feedback matches your filters.

1- From the Live Journey page on your dashboard, click “New Journey”

2- Add your journey’s name, description, and start and end label. The journey is your opportunity to group and visualize different experiences.

3-Once this is set up, you can go to any unassigned user stories, click the settings cog icon, then link the segment to a journey.
