Adding a Feedback Status
Having a feedback status set is a useful way to manage who in your team is looking after which feedback as it comes in.
- Go to the Feedback page choose a Feedback form
- Click Add Status
- You can choose between : To be contacted, In progress, Contacted, Resolved

Feedback Comments
- Go to the Feedback page.
- Click “view details”
- Go to “Feedback comments” and add in your comment
