Adding a Feedback Status


Having a feedback status set is a useful way to manage who in your team is looking after which feedback as it comes in.

  1. Go to the Feedback page choose a Feedback form 
  2. Click Add Status
  3. You can choose between :  To be contacted, In progress, Contacted, Resolved 


 

Feedback Comments

  1. Go to the Feedback page.
  2. Click “view details”
  3. Go to “Feedback comments” and add in your comment
