Pushes: Email and SMS Report

Modified on Tue, 23 May 2023 at 11:40 PM

Pushes are SMS and emails campaigns shared from your feedback forms through Feedier to collect Feedback data. All pushes are tracked and reported here including whether the email bounced, was delivered, clicked, and if feedback was recorded.

Push Statistics

This graph allows you to get a quick view of your total pushes sent, opened, clicked, and feedback recorded.
SMS data will appear in yellow, and emails in purple.

Use the search function to dig deeper into the time period, form, cluster, push campaign or context attribute recorded.

Push Status and Listing

Search for individual emails using the searchbar on the top right of the table, click the link button to view the unique feedback links, and check out the status of the push and see if the email or SMS has been delivered.

Here are the different push email statuses:

status
description
bounced
The email address does not exist or is not valid
clicked
The link in the email was clicked. If you do not see a Feedback link attached to it, it means the recipient saw the page but did not proceed.
delivered
The email address is correct and the email is in the recipient’s inbox
opened
The email was opened but not clicked
dropped
The recipient email server may have marked the email as spam. Email was not delivered.
